I was not able to respond to your comment because you are a no reply blogger and I could not find an email address on your blog. <br /><br />I did not use a pattern. I cut out strips that were 2 ½ inches long width of fabric and sewed 4 of them together. I then cut 60 degree triangles out of the strips that were sewn together. . Then arranged the triangles to form hexagon shapes. It goes together really fast but you will have some fabric waste – but I have to sew any Y seams this way. <br /><br />I live in Anchorage. I have lived here most of my life (I spent 4 years in Arizona and loved it). I am glad you love it here. Cordova is a great town.
